HOUSTON – The Houston Texans today announced the themes for each home game in 2016.
The Texans are at San Francisco, home against the Saints and Cardinals and on the road vs. the Cowboys in the 2016 preseason.

In remembrance of the 15th anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001, the Texans will honor first responders by donning their all-white uniforms for Liberty White Out presented by BHP Billiton in the season opener against the Chicago Bears.
On Sunday, Oct. 16, the Texans will celebrate Pink Ribbon Day presented by Kroger when they take on the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday Night Football. Battle Red Day presented by Halliburton will take place on Sunday, Dec. 18 when the Texans faceoff against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Additional popular game themes include Kids Day – A Celebration of Play 60 presented by Texas Children's Hospital on Sunday, Oct. 2 and Salute to Service presented by Bud Light on Sunday, Oct. 30 against the Detroit Lions.
Fan Appreciation Day presented by FOX Sports Southwest will take place at the final regular season home game on Saturday, Dec. 24 against the Cincinnati Bengals in prime-time action.
