Texans place Glenn on injured reserve

HOUSTON - The Houston Texans announced today that they have placed Pro Bowl CB Aaron Glenn on the Reserve/Injured list with a groin injury. The Texans have now placed 14 players on the Reserve/Injured list this season. The Texans signed TE Matt Murphy (6-5, 260) from the Detroit Lions practice squad to replace Glenn on the roster. The Lions drafted Murphy out of Maryland in the seventh round (253 overall) of the 2002 NFL Draft.
