Texans sign Dubuc

HOUSTON - The Texans claimed and waived a player, it was announced today. TE Deitan Dubuc was picked up off waivers from Carolina.

Dubuc spent time on Carolina and Seattle's practice squads last season. A native of Montreal, Dubuc played 43 career games at Michigan, posting five career receptions for 60 yards and one touchdown.

To make room on the roster, the Texans waived LB Travis Carroll:.
