Texans sign Riley

HOUSTON -- The Houston Texans signed unrestricted free agent offensive tackle Victor Riley, it was announced today.

The 6-foot-5, 340-pound Riley has spent the past three years with New Orleans, where he played at right tackle for the last two seasons. He was originally drafted in the first round by Kansas City, where he played his first four seasons. Riley has started 85 of 101 career games.

The Texans also waived linebacker Tyreo Harrison. Harrison played with Green Bay in 2004.
