Texans to honor Super Bowl VIII alumni

HOUSTON – The Houston Texans will honor five players from Super Bowl VIII on the field prior to the Texans game against the Patriots on November 23 at 11:35 a.m. Super Bowl VIII matched the Miami Dolphins against the Minnesota Vikings and it marks the last time the Super Bowl was played in Houston, 30 years ago.

The players that will be honored are K Garo Yepremian, G Bob Kuechenberg and S Dick Anderson representing Miami, and LB Wally Hilgenberg and RB Chuck Foreman, father of Texans linebacker Jay Foreman, representing Minnesota.

Continental Airlines will be providing the transportation for these players and their spouses, and they will also be donating OnePass miles to each player's charity of choice during an on-field presentation. Continental has also made all hotel and car arrangements for the players.
