Texans, Verizon team up for Back to Football CARE-a-van

Seven Houston Texans stars will team up with Verizon to surprise Houstonians Wednesday, July 25, beginning at 3 p.m. CT as part of the first-ever Verizon Back to Football CARE-a-van.

Led by quarterback Matt Schaub, outside linebacker Connor Barwin and left tackle Duane Brown, the Texans will traverse the city by bus, stopping to surprise fans with gift cards to various Houston businesses courtesy of Verizon. Other players who will be attending include nose tackle Shaun Cody, fullback James Casey, defensive end Tim Jamison and outside linebacker Bryan Braman.

The specific locations where the players will stop are a secret, but fans can follow the players' route on Twitter using the hashtag #TexansVZBTF and by following the Houston Texans' official Twitter account, @HoustonTexans.
