Unofficial Depth Chart: Texans at Patriots

The Houston Texans open the 2018 regular season with a showdown against the defending AFC Champion New England Patriots. Kickoff at Gillette Stadium is set for 12 p.m. CT on CBS (KHOU, Ch. 11), Sports USA (National Radio), SportsRadio610 (610 AM, 100.3 FM) and in Spanish on Mega 101 FM (101.1 FM).

Houston finished the 2018 preseason 3-1 with wins over the Kansas City Chiefs (17-10 in Week 1), San Francisco 49ers (16-13 in Week 2) and Dallas Cowboys (14-6 in Week 4). The Texans defense played well throughout the 2018 preseason, inishing third in the NFL in interceptions (six) and ifth in rushing yards allowed (84.5). On offense, Houston was led by QB Brandon Weeden (277 passing yards, three touchdowns) and QB Joe Webb III (412 passing yards, two touchdowns).
